Moist Brownies
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Steps to glory
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking pan(the wider the pan is, the less amount of time you will have to bake).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the oil, sugar, and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt; gradually stir into the egg mixture until well blended. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the brownie begins to pull away from edges of pan. Let cool on a wire rack before cutting into squares.

Brownies are amazing, I really think it's neat how you make all these recipes before you blog about them.
ReplyDeleteKeep up the good work.
I think these brownies would be absolutely deadly if you added white chocolate chips to them. I'm definitely going to have to try that out. Brownies are always best served with a cold glass of milk. The perfect combination.
